Questions before your first pour?
Here are practical answers about how Mildora Candle Lab courses work and how to choose a useful starting point.
Are the courses suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Beginner tracks explain workspace preparation, wax behavior, vessel preparation, and basic testing before introducing more involved projects.
Do I need professional equipment?
No. Lessons identify the purpose of each tool and distinguish essential setup items from optional studio upgrades.
Which wax does Mildora recommend?
The curriculum compares common wax families rather than presenting one universal answer. Vessel, fragrance, finish, and workflow goals all matter.
How do I choose my first course?
Start with Wax Foundations or The First Pour Workflow if you are new. Choose Testing or Design tracks when you already have a basic process.
Why are burn tests included?
Testing helps makers observe how variables interact. The lessons teach documentation and controlled adjustments, not instant guarantees.
Can I save courses for later?
Yes. Use Follow on any catalog card and review selected tracks on the Fallows page in the same browser.
How does the cart work?
The cart stores course IDs and quantities locally so you can compare a learning plan. The demonstration does not process payment.
Can the team help with a specific studio issue?
Send a detailed message through Contact and include the material, vessel, wick, and observations involved.
